黑巧克力曲奇

食谱取自FB's Fion Tan~
谢谢你!好吃的曲奇!

材料:
100g 牛油 (我用scs)
70g   幼糖 (我用特级黄糖和幼糖)
1 粒  蛋
100g 烘焙黑巧克力,隔水煮融(我用berly button chocolate)
250g 面粉(我用低粉)
1/4tsp 发粉
1/4tsp 苏打粉
100g 巧克力粒
50g 杏仁粒(我自己加的)

做法:
1.牛油加幼糖拌打均匀,加入鸡蛋拌匀。
2.加入其余的材料拌成团。
3.将面团搓成小粒,稍微压扁。
4.送入预热烤箱,以180度烤18mins即可取出,待凉收藏享用。

(温度只供参考)
