圣诞节即将来临了,我也应景做了这个我不曾尝试过的蛋糕。
这是我第一次做的杂果蛋糕,不敢抱着希望!
还好成品也没让我失望噢!
不错,蛮喜欢的!好好吃!
自己吃了三片~
相信放隔夜或再喂酒应该更好吃吧!
食谱是烘焙店的老板娘给的
很特别的是用高筋面粉噢!
Ingredients :
A)
100g butter
120g magerine (I use butter)
1 tsp cake improver (I no use)
180g brown sugar
1/2tsp fine salt
B)
4 nos egg
25ml rum/milk
C)
240g high protein flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp nutmeg powder
1/4tsp cinnamon powder
D)
500g mixed fruits (soaked with rum)
100g walnut (toasted)
Method:
1) Beat (A) until light fluffy.
2) Slowly add in egg one at a time. And add in rum/ milk.
3) Fold in (C) and (D) mix well.
I have add 1tbsp of golden syrup.
I forgot to add in my toasted walnut.
